A person reads this address. Write in English or Arabic.
Leora is early and small, so replies come from someone who worked on it rather than a queue. If something is wrong with your records, say which business and roughly when — that is usually enough to find it.
Questions this product tends to raise
Does it work without signal?
Yes, and this is the part we care most about. Your recording is written to your phone before anything is sent anywhere, so a basement with no bars is fine. It syncs when a connection returns — hours or days later — and the audio is kept until it has, however long that takes.
Can I speak Arabic and English in the same sentence?
That is the intent, and it is the thing we are still improving. Mixed sentences work, but a sentence that switches language mid-way is harder for speech recognition than one that does not, and you will sometimes see a word come back wrong. Every field is correctable before it becomes a record, and those corrections are what we use to make it better.
What if it hears the wrong number?
You will see it before it is saved. Leora shows every value it produced — amount, type, category — and marks anything it was unsure about, so you can fix it in one tap. Nothing becomes a record until you confirm it.
Can I record several transactions at once?
Yes. “Sold a pizza for ten, then bought tomatoes for twelve” becomes two separate records. You step through them and confirm the batch together.
Can I keep more than one set of books?
Yes — a shop and your personal spending, or two shops. Every transaction belongs to a business, and switching between them is one tap from the top of the home screen.
How do I get my data out?
Account → Export your data gives you a CSV of everything, whenever you want it. No request, no waiting.
How do I delete everything?
Account → Delete account. It removes every business, transaction and transcript, and your sign-in with them. It is immediate and permanent — we cannot restore it afterwards, so export first if you might want a copy.
Is my data visible to other users?
No. Access is enforced by the database, not just by the app, so another user cannot read your records even by requesting them directly. More detail on how your data is handled.
When can I get it?
Leora is being tested with a small group first. Leave your address and we will send exactly one message, the day it opens.
